This morning between 3:21AM EDT and 5:21AM EDT Roundtrip platform services were impacted by an outage at AWS. This outage caused a major degradation of service - which primarily manifested through slow response times while using Roundtrip. This outage has been reported on via the AWS Status Page at - https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status.

Throughout the incident, Roundtrip operations staff monitored the outage and worked to ensure that we were prepared to take any necessary action to return operations to normal. However for this incident, there was no action necessary on our part, and our operations returned to normal when the underlying AWS issue was resolved.

At this time, there are no ongoing issues related to this incident and all operations have returned to normal. This incident is now resolved.
